What is WCAG?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are internationally recognized standards developed by W3C. They're organized around four core principles:
Perceivable

Operable
User interface components and navigation must be operable by all users.
Understandable
Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable.
Robust
Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
